Le grain de carbure de silicium noir est un grain de carborundum extrêmement dur, composé à 99 % de SiC. Ce matériau abrasif est idéal pour le sablage, le traitement de surface et le meulage de matériaux durs tels que le marbre, le verre, le jade, etc. Le carbure de silicium est produit par réaction électrochimique de la silice (SiO2), sous forme de quartz, mélangée à du carbone (C), sous forme de coke de pétrole brut.

Caractéristiques du produit

1. Bonne résistance à l’oxydation et stabilité chimique à haute température.

2. Dureté élevée (indice Mohs 9,2-9,3). Même à 2000 °C, il conserve une résistance élevée.

3. Excellente ténacité.

4. Faible conductivité thermique. Résistant aux chocs thermiques.

5. La teneur minimale en SiC de haute pureté est de 98,5 %.

6. Densité apparente élevée.

7. Le grain de carbure de silicium noir est lavé à l’eau avant le processus de fraisage, il y a donc peu d’impuretés.
